Life is returning to normal and we are so excited that we can host larger meetings, events, inspiring brainstorm sessions, receptions and dinners again. Please be adviced that a valid Coronapass, alongside a personal ID is mandatory to access your event.
Park Plaza Utrecht occupies a spectacular glass-fronted building in central Utrecht, within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station and Jaarbeurs exhibition centre. The hotel is close to the heart of the city’s business district, with many leading companies nearby, and Schiphol Airport is only 30 minutes away by train. Park Plaza Utrecht offers 120 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, on-site parking, ten meeting rooms, a private event space and fitness.
The dedicated conference floor, located on the top level of the hotel, boasts 10 fully equipped function rooms. Each meeting room offers natural daylight and panoramic views on the Utrecht skyline. Enjoy the comfort of on-site technical and audiovisual support, such as smart TV's and projector screens. You can combine the three Plaza Suite meeting rooms to host up to 120 delegates.
Park Plaza Utrecht has a private event space on the grounds floor and can host various exclusive events, product launches, walking dinners or celebrations for up to 75 guests.
For delegates staying in Utrecht overnight, the hotel offers spacious and air-conditioned rooms reflecting the most famous Dutch art movement 'De Stijl'. Guest rooms feature a minibar, Smart TV and safety deposit box, as well as a generous work desk and direct-dial phone with loudspeaker. Beautiful views of the city centre are on offer in selected Executive Rooms Iconic View, which also boast enhanced amenities such as Nespresso machines, rain shower, and plush bathrobes. An on-site car park, 24-hour fitness area and baggage storage are available. The well-equipped fitness centre is perfect for relieving tension after a long day of meetings or sightseeing.
International cuisine is prepared at the restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and is open daily for drinks, snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
