The bar and the restaurant
Orchestrated by two Chefs Amine Ifakren & Matan Zaken, the Solis Restaurant of the hotel offers a refine Meditterranean cuisine and can host up to 70 clients. Across the seasons, the menu changes for a (re) discovery of Mediterranean culinary richess with a modern, creative and tasty cuisine highlighting quality products. Every evening, the atmosphere becomes like a trendy lounge at the bar with soft lights and ambiance to relax around a cocktail. The barmaid and her team suggest original signature cocktail creations.
