Our hotel is a versatile place for relaxing in beautiful scenery on the shore of Vanajavesi lake. Relax and enjoy the peaceful lake scenery in our spa facilities. In addition to different kinds of pools and pampering saunas, you can enjoy refreshing drinks and small snacks in the pool bar.

Our classic and cosy rooms and extensive room selection cater for all needs. The rooms have comfortable beds and all you need for a good night’s sleep. Some rooms have a balcony and amazing lake or park views, and some of them have a bathtub. For bigger groups, we also have spacious rooms that can be connected to the next room with a connecting door.

Paying homage to the hotel’s functionalist architecture, the rooms on the 7th floor have been decorated with Vallila textiles in the style of the 1930s. The rooms have a separate bedroom, living room and two bathrooms, as well as a balcony with views over Vanajavesi lake or the nearby golf course.

The spa facilities also have a gym, Eden’s Eva Spa, cafe restaurant Karlberg, VIP sauna with a private room, six-alley glow bowling alley and Aulanko Areena. The arena offers events, top gigs and also serves as an exercise venue for the whole family at selected times.

Our hotel also has a spacious restaurant, a comfortable lobby bar, conference and event facilities for up to 800 people, its own nightclub, a romantic summer café and a large outdoor parking area free of charge for guests.

Next to the hotel, you can find Aulanko’s high-quality golf course, riding school and the excellent Puistometsä outdoor exercise area. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the observation tower in the area, where you can also find stairs suitable for exercising, as well as a summer café.

The hotel has good transport connections. Hämeenlinna city centre is approximately five kilometres away and the railway station can be reached by local bus that stops right in front of the hotel.
