Looking for an unforgettable event? Room Mate Bruno specializes in organizing meetings of all sizes; from intimate gatherings to large conferences, product launches, cocktail receptions and exhibitions. The hotel offers nine meeting rooms ranging from 20 to 280 m² on the 3rd and 4th floors, as well as a 400 m² industrial-style event hall on the ground floor, accommodating up to 220 guests in theatre and 350 in cocktail setup. Several meeting rooms feature a private terrace, ideal for catering moments such as drinks or BBQs. All spaces are equipped with WiFi, a 75-inch LCD screen, pens, notebooks and a flipchart, complemented by coffee, tea, water and a variety of drinks throughout the event. Below the building there is a parking with 75 parking spaces and 8 spots for electric loading.
Our open areas and two rooftops offer impressive views over the Maas River, the Waterweg and the Euromast Tower, giving guests a Manhattan-by-the-Maas experience. A dedicated event specialist is at your disposal to assist with every detail; room setups, catering, guest rooms or any additional services you may require. External venues can also be arranged. Nothing is impossible for us.
